Position: Web Developer / UI Designer
Evolution Sports Group is seeking a talented, creative individual to join our team as a Web Developer/UI Designer. This is a full time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
As a Web Developer / UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-friendly and visually appealing websites for our various sports programs and events. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to create a seamless and engaging online experience for our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality websites for our sports programs and events
- Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand identity and user experience
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present to stakeholders and gather feedback
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in web development and design
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages
- Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices
- Experience with graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
