As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol transportation locations, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond promptly to situations, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the transportation facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential hazards.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible presence.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with team members, site personnel, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents and daily activities.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in guiding and directing individuals within the location, providing information and support as needed.
• Remain alert to changes in the environment and adapt responses to meet the unique needs of the transportation setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
