Positions available: Bartender Cook Ideal candidates should have: A minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience in a fast-casual restaurant A warm, professional demeanour and a passion for hospitality. Should be punctual and trustworthy. Take and deliver food and/or beverages in a timely manner - accurately and efficiently Comfortable working on the line during busy rushes Understand that every guest matters and strive to create a great experience Offer menu knowledge and upsell when appropriate Bus and reset tables if needed Process payments and close out checks properly Strong communication and teamwork skills. Should be able to help with side work and cleaning, and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff The ability to multitask and stay composed during busy shifts A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to cleanliness A valid Food Handler’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Availability to work evening shifts Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices Ability to follow recipes and portion standards Position-Specific Requirements: Bartenders must be 21+ with cocktail knowledge Cook should be able quick and consistent and should be able to follow the recipe and portion sizes provided.
