What You'll Do:

• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Recruit, hire, develop, and motivate team members
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and preparation of ingredients
• Manage administrative responsibilities efficiently

Requirements:

• 1-2 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
• Ability to work a minimum of 45hrs/week, including evenings and weekends
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Strong desire to deliver guest satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Valid Food Safety Certificate (can earn while training)
