We are currently seeking a Project Manager or Scrum Master to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Lead  Agile  ceremonies (daily  stand-ups,  sprint planning,  retrospectives)  for Agentforce  development  teams.
- Manage  end-to-end delivery  of  Agentforce features,  including  POCs, demos,  and  customer-facing solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional  collaboration  between developers,  architects,  and stakeholders  to  align on  goals  and timelines.
- Track project  milestones,  risks, and  dependencies  using tools  like  Jira, Confluence,  and  Salesforce DevOps  Center.
- Ensure  timely  execution of  sprint  deliverables while  maintaining  quality and  customer  satisfaction.
- Facilitate  stakeholder demos  and  feedback sessions  to  validate Agentforce  capabilities  and drive  adoption.
- Champion  Agile  best practices  and  continuous improvement  across  the Agentforce  program.
