The Role :

As a File Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing company files and records. You will ensure that documents are stored securely and can be retrieved efficiently when needed.

• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of records
• Assist in the retrieval of documents as requested
• Perform regular audits of files to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with team members to improve filing processes

Ideal Profile :

The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with filing systems
• Attention to detail
• Time management
