Work with the most advanced freeze-dry technology in the industry! We’re looking for a hands-on Plant Maintenance Technician committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on packaging and production machinery
Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
Complete preventive maintenance and read equipment manuals/work orders
Use hand and power tools, meters, and material-handling equipment
Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all food safety and GMP standards
Work independently and participate in on-call rotation as needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
4+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems
Food manufacturing experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 40 lbs; stand/walk for extended periods
Work in temperature-controlled food production environments
