Assignment Duration:
Short-term and Long- Term contracts

Requirements:
Active Vermont LPN or LNA license

• Local candidates only
• Must have own reliable transportation
• Ability to work assigned shifts; weekend availability may be required
• Must meet facility and contract compliance requirements
