Job Description
The Utah Royals FC (URFC), Real Salt Lake (RSL), and RSL Training Academy are dedicated to the growth and success of soccer in Utah. Summary This position requires a minimum commitment of working at least half of RSL and URFC home games. The RSL schedule will consist of at least 17 home games and URFC will play at least 17 home games. You will be required to stay until at least the 55th minute of each game and at various times you will be required to stay up to an hour after the game. All RSL and URFC home games will be played at America First Field in Sandy, UT.
Please note that the RSL and URFC seasons will begin at the end of February 2025 and end the first part of December 2025 depending on the playoffs. We anticipate the RSL schedule to be released in December and the URFC Schedule in January.
Responsibilities Include - Sets up pre-game, half-time and post-game activities for patrons and youth soccer clubs.
- Provides hospitality to over 1,000 patrons in the pavilion, including but not limited to conducting check-in, escorting to seats and obtaining food.
- Supervises and monitors youth soccer participants as they run on-field and participate in events.
- Assists guests of the Ford Zone by checking their tickets and providing wristbands to concessions.
- Provides excellent fan and customer experience to all stadium visitors.
- Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands And Work Environment The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 40 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, etc.
