Full time hours (4 full days- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Half day on Friday). Salary negotiable dependent upon experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary : $20.00 to $25.00/hour

• Knowledgeable about the basis for various treatments to help educate patients and prepare for procedures.

• Following are desirable but not required.: Expanded functions, Nitrous certified, Bilingual.

Duties:

• Assists Dentist/RDH during all facets of dentistry.
• Take quality radiographs on patients. 
• Chart patient's restorations and proposed treatments.
• Setup and breakdown operatories.
• Maintain equipment in the operatories and follow proper sterilization processes.
• Seat and dismiss patients all awhile keeping constant communication with the patient and staffs for smooth transition
• Perform CareCalls to patients after procedures.
• Administers and abides by company policies.
• Regulatory State, HIPAA, and OSHA compliance.
• Maintains operatories, lab cases and makes sure dental supplies are stocked for procedures.
• Maintains patient flow and directs the doctor to next operatory as necessary.

Dr. Garner graduated from UMKC in 2007 and has been practicing general dentistry in the Kansas City, MO area over 15 years. He structured his practice to provide a multitude of treatment modalities to better service his patients and have an one-on-one approach with his patients. The vibe of his practice is one of everyday people because everyone on the Justin Garner Dentistry Team are simply everyday people. No Egos toward the patients or each other. We are serious about this profession and we enjoy doing it. The practice is growing and changing for the better.
