This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Client Marketing Manager. In this role, you will lead client marketing initiatives in collaboration with Account Managers and sales teams, focusing on expansion through cross-sell and upselling strategies in key strategic accounts. Your contributions will have a significant impact on our partner's ability to optimize client engagement and drive revenue growth. This position calls for strong analytical skills and the ability to translate client insights into effective marketing campaigns.

Accountabilities

• Develop and execute account-based marketing plans for key strategic accounts.
• Partner with Client Account Managers to identify whitespace and map buying centers.
• Design multi-threaded nurture programs tailored to client lifecycle and needs.
• Operationalize the Client Engagement Intelligence Loop to transform passive content consumption into real-time sales signals.
• Translate client insights into clear business value through integrated campaigns across various channels.
• Oversee onboarding packages, client evidence creation, reputation management, and client appreciation.
• Collaborate with Shared Services for creative and event execution.
• Measure and optimize campaigns with A/B testing and conversion tracking.
• Define KPIs for client programs and maintain dashboards for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or Marketing preferred.
• 5+ years in client or ABM marketing within the Microsoft ecosystem or B2B services.
• Strong campaign design, execution, and measurement experience.
• Hands-on HubSpot and CRM expertise preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence across sales and marketing teams.
• Analytical mindset with dashboard/report creation and storytelling capabilities.
