Ultimo Coffee in Germantown is a large, vibrant cafe serving a bustling neighborhood with high-quality coffee beverages and from-scratch pastries baked in-house.

Currently hiring to fill a FT barista position (5 shifts/week - 30+ hours/week), and a PT position (3-4 shifts/week). Join our small and lovely team in this bright, fast-paced, comfortable space.

Benefits include paid training, PTO accrual, annual raises, access to company health insurance (FT), free beverages, guaranteed minimum tips ($7/hour).

The front of house barista staff is responsible for:

• maintaining a warm and inviting, pleasant, clean environment
• maintaining high standards established for efficient service 
• completing tasks assigned by daily lists (stocking, cleaning, organizing, etc.)
• a lot of dish washing
• responsibly handling money

• considers themself a kind person
• is reliable and willing to work hard
• has high standards and pays close attention to detail
• is able to multi-task efficiently
• is interested in learning more about coffee and enjoys drinking it
• has service industry experience
• is easy to work with and likes people 
• doesn’t mind the nitty-gritty tasks
• has some availability on both weekends and weekdays
